A five-story building located in the city center accommodates a boutique hotel. The ground floor is dedicated to shared-use spaces, including a spacious lobby with a lounge area, a restaurant with an in-house bakery, and a variety of open-plan workspaces. The main hotel program is distributed across four upper floors and comprises three room types, varying in size and configuration. A seasonal rooftop bar operates during the warmer months, offering panoramic views over the historic city center.




The overall concept of the hotel is based on an interpretation of a futuristic environment, reflecting technological advancement and a modernist spatial language. The integration of contemporary technologies into the user experience is reinforced through formal and spatial solutions, supporting the formation of a community oriented toward contemporary design and innovation.

The lobby features a modular system of black sofas that can be reconfigured to accommodate multiple scenarios. During the day, the space functions as an informal lounge for work, meetings, or light dining. In the evening, it extends the restaurant area, incorporating a stage for live performances. The flexibility of the seating system allows for reorganization, freeing up space for events or a dance floor.

A defining element of the lobby is an interactive LED screen, enabling the presentation of digital art, exhibitions, and media installations. It contributes to an immersive spatial experience, synchronizing with sound and music to enhance the perception of the environment.

A separate area is allocated for the breakfast line, accessible to hotel guests in the morning and later operating as an extension of the restaurant with direct access to the terrace.
